Who are we?

We live in a pretty village called Higham in Lancashire, England and bought Le Tarabel in 2006.

Ian is a Program Manager, working on Risk and Due Diligence Management for Hewlett Packard, Managed Enterprise Services.

Prior to this he worked for IBM, Hewlett Packard (again),  Compaq, Digital Equipment, and Michelin Tire (where he got his first taste of France).

Ian left Michelin to complete a BA(Hons) in Systems Analysis at UWE, Bristol, and subsequent MBA with Warwick Business School.

Lynn is a Respiratory Nurse Specialist and her love of France started when we first visited Brittany around 1988, even though it did seem to rain most of the time and Ian nearly got electrocuted flying a kite into some power cables!
